1. Do i need to create an account before placing an order?
No, it is not compulsory to create an account before placing an order, but it is recommended to do so to enjoy the best experience whilst shopping with us. You may also view your payment information, personal details and past orders that you have placed with us.
2. How do I place an order?
Easy! Just add any to cart any of the things that you like and click the checkout button.
3. When will you ship out my order?
We will ship out your orders within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and public holiday)
4. How to know if an item is in stock/out of stock?
You'll be able to see if any of the items are available or not available through our website and if the item that you've purchased is out of stock, our customer service will contact you as soon as possible for exchange or refund.
